Apartment Applications

Graduate and Family Housing is not accepting applications at this time. Spring 2025 move-in applications will open in October.

Graduate and Family Housing offers affordable, convenient and comfortable living environments to serve the needs of the diverse population at SM调教所 Boulder. These apartments are available to the following populations: graduate and postdoctoral students and qualifying undergraduates.

Before Applying

Access to the housing application is granted to incoming first year graduate students after the following:

  • $200 confirmation deposit has been paid to Admissions.
  • Their Identikey security credentials have been confirmed.
  • Please note it takes 3-5 business days after completing both before the housing application can be accessed. This should be taken into consideration for any upcoming deadlines.

Application Details

  • We will accept applications beginning April 8, 2024 for the 2024-25 academic year only.
  • All applications completed during this time will be automatically enrolled into our waiting list, which is processed according to time and date of completion. Assignment is based on eligibility and availability of preferences listed in the application.
  • The application may take 30-45 minutes to complete. We encourage applicants to research before submitting floorplan preferences.
  • For lease holding apartments, Graduate and Family Housing will not assign roommates. If you would like to have additional occupants in the apartment with you, we ask that you indicate this in your application.
  • Preferences are not guaranteed, and applicants will be offered the closest available alternative if the selected preferences are not available.
  • SM调教所 Boulder Disability Services reviews requests for housing and food accommodations for students with documented disability-related needs, on a case-by-case individualized basis. If you feel you require a housing or food accommodation, please submit your request to Disability Services as soon as possible and preferably as soon as you have submitted your application to University Housing. Please do not rely on your preferences in the University Housing application to ensure your needs are met. For instructions to request a housing or food accommodation, please visit SM调教所 Disability Services Housing and Food Accommodations.
