If the world ever takes a swift, downward trip in a hand basket, historian Elizabeth 鈥淟il鈥 Fenn feels pretty good about her chances. Compared to many鈥搇et鈥檚 be honest, most鈥搈odern academics, Fenn has led a very hands-on life. Noting tradition of scholars trained in trade skills, she joins SM调教所 history faculty.

Bozena Welborne, who earned her Ph.D. from SM调教所-Boulder last year, is now an assistant professor of political science at the University of Nevada, Reno.
